Peggy joined F.H. Leinweber in 1980, as Office Manager, to assist her father, Fred H. Leinweber, manage the office load. After making changes in accounting, billing, and client services she, in 1984, was promoted to Corporate Secretary where she continued to manage all office operations in addition to plant and field operations.
Since 2009, Peggy has taken on full corporate responsibility as President of F.H. Leinweber Company and its interests.

Director of Contract Installations, Contract Sales Division
Kip joined F.H. Leinweber in 1981 as Field Foreman, responsible for crew activities and quality of the floor underlayment and topping installations, until 1998 when Kip was promoted to Field Superintendent responsible for overseeing all installations, quality control, and customer service. Starting in 2010, Kip has been promoted to Director of Contract Installations where he has taken on the additional responsibilities of estimating, budget control, and client relations.
Kip Nance brings to the client a keen sense of service and experience. He enjoys client interaction, managing the installation crews, and providing quality service. Over the years Kip has gained much knowledge about floor prep requirements to achieve a quality installation and best options for meeting our client's floor prep needs.

Plant Manager, Material Sales Division
Nick has been with F.H. Leinweber Company since 1979. He oversees all plant, warehouse, and yard operations including product quality, inventory management, production, order processing and equipment maintenance. Nick also provides equipment and delivery support to the Contract Sales Division. He assists with tool and material procurement for the installation crews.
Nick, a second generation Plant Manager, understands the importance of producing a quality product for our customers.
Assistant Plant Manager, Material Sales Division
Bruno has been with F.H. Leinweber Company since 1990. He is responsible for product mixing, packaging, and shipping in addition to material receiving and inventory control.
Bruno has gained the knowledge and experience in product production and plant management where he can also assist in job stocking orders and customer service.
